Excellent food, very good friendly helpful staff. Spa with spectacular views. Good access to slopes, private and public bus/taxi services available. Ski shop with lockers on site. Plenty of car parking across the road. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Good soundproofing.
Bed could be a bit firmer for better comfort. Lack of hairdryer and complementary bottle of water.

The hotel is excellently located for access to the slopes in just 5 minutes, making it a convenient choice for skiers. the spacious bedrooms are comfortable, with good soundproofing. the spa offers well-priced treatments and boasts stunning views. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the ski shop on site, as well as the lockers, make it convenient. there is ample car parking available across the road.
It would be beneficial if the hotel provided a hairdryer and a complimentary bottle of water in the rooms.

I really enjoyed the location as it was close to key tourist attractions and public transport access was quite impressive. the hotel was well maintained with a warm and peaceful environment.
Disappointing Rooms and Amenities the hotel rooms and its amenities were not up to my expectations. the bedroom was not spacious and lacked the basic facilities like hairdryer and complimentary bottle of water.
